Jaco is the founder and CEO of Van Daalen & Partners. He carries many years of experience in scaling innovative projects – from product development to funding. His own consultancy, offering these services, was founded in 2001. His consultancy is driven by his passion to support entrepreneurs in making new developments come true.
Augustin de Cambourg is a founding partner at Shift Finance, an advisory boutique that offers end-to-end execution of fundraising and M&A operations for high-growth tech companies. Shift Finance has executed 20 deals for a combined value of €60M+. He worked previously as an investor by Reflexion Capital and as an investment banker in France and Singapore.
Patrick is a trusted member at SHS Capital. He was instrumental in co-leading SHS’s first investment outside of the DACH region and acts as SHS shareholder representative at the portfolio company Blue Ocean Spine.
Patrick combined his formal training in management, finance and chemistry with experiences in banking, strategy consulting, pharma and private equity. He knew he wanted to combine the best of all worlds – helping innovative healthcare companies in their mission to successfully treat patients.
Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the growth-support of B2B service companies. He joined Ayming, focused on improving innovation and financial performance of companies, in 2007. Since 2016 Thomas has been heading the Belgian teams for Sales and Marketing, developing specific approaches and services for large companies as well as innovative startups.
